Embracing the Future

As 2025 comes to a close, I am filled with gratitude as I reflect on a journey shaped by both challenges and meaningful achievements. Over the past two years, Neximatic has faced the profound loss of our beloved co-founder—and my dear friend—Bobby Wong, while also witnessing the remarkable strength and unity of our team. Bobby and I co- founded Neximatic in 2014, driven by a shared vision to make interoperability so easy that any healthcare provider—regardless of size, budget, or IT resources—can connect their medical devices and systems effortlessly and securely. We aimed to remove barriers, enabling clinicians everywhere to access vital information and focus on patient care.

Bobby Wong passed away in March 2024, leaving behind a legacy that is at the heart of everything we do. He was an ally, a friend, and an unwavering source of dedication to our partners and team. His passion for innovation and drive to find better, simpler solutions remain the foundation of Neximatic, and his entrepreneurial spirit continues to inspire us every day.

Losing Bobby was a profound loss, but the strong foundation he built helped us unite as a team. The compassion, hard work, and perseverance everyone has shown have been truly inspiring.

Together, we have emerged stronger, more resilient, and more united than ever—ready to embrace the future with optimism, gratitude, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Bobby’s passing has given me a deeper sense of perspective. It has strengthened my commitment to continue the work we began together: making medical workflow simpler for healthcare practitioners, driving innovation, setting new industry standards, and creating a positive impact for every clinician we serve.

The Successes:
Through determination and teamwork, we built a stronger organization, navigated change together, and emerged with greater unity and purpose. I am deeply proud to celebrate all that we have accomplished together.

• Increased Deployment: Our number of Neximatic Devices has grown by over 60% since  year-end 2023, and we have now reached more than 10,000 units!
• Product Innovation: We introduced new advancements, including the latest Nexi 7 device, which features enhanced usability, reliability, and key improvements that address our customers’ needs.
• Confident with our Quality: We now offer a 3-year warranty.

• High Customer Satisfaction:  Our commitment to our clients is reflected in increasing customer satisfaction, our response times are faster than ever.
• Team Growth: We expanded our team and welcomed talented leaders to drive our Business Development, Operations, Product Support and Marketing efforts, further strengthening our company.

Looking Ahead:
Our journey is far from over. In the coming year, we will keep innovating to deliver even better solutions, further improve our support, and offer more comprehensive and flexible options for every clinical environment.
